Basic and simple but ideal for families

“Delamere bungalows were a real find.

When all the other self catering properties in North Cornwall were inflating their prices into thousands of pounds, Delamere kept their prices at an exceptionally low and reasonable level. The bungalows are very basic so don’t expect frills but for families with children they are perfect. All the basics are there: fridge with small freezer compartment, microwave, cooker, utensils and crockery, bath, shower and tv. The beds were some of the most comfortable we have slept in on a self catering holiday. Electricity is on a £1 coin meter and I put in around £4 per day but I had the heating on all night and the hot water and towel rail on regularly plus we used the cooker quite a bit. Our grandchildren had a good time exploring the grounds around the bungalows and playing with the other children and for them, Delamere bungalows were perfect. Delabole is well situated for Boscastle and Tintagel which are both only a few minutes drive away. Padstow is only 35 minutes.”
